Coaching is a structured conversation in which you are given the space to work out your thinking and feelings in relation to a specific aspect of your life.
This allows solutions, ideas and next steps to make themselves clear.
The focus could be on your relationship (or lack of), your work, or simply wanting to find a sense of meaning and purpose in your life.
I have a special interest in working with issues of alcohol and drug dependence.
My job is to provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts. I won’t give advice, or offer opinions. I will listen with care and challenge your thinking when necessary.
The process will enable deeper insight into where you are now, and trigger the forward movement you need.
