For you.
The goal of one-to-one coaching is to increase your self-awareness. It sounds simple. But the insights gained through working with a psychologically informed coach can be profound. The outcome will increase your performance, engagement, and creativity. The work is serious; we may be exploring your anxieties, uncertainties or difficulties in relationships, or challenging the way you’ve always done things. But it is also interesting and fun, and let’s face it: it’s rare you get the chance to talk about yourself and what you want non-stop for an hour.
Often simply having a neutral space in which to confidentially reflect on your work can be what’s needed. The opportunity to explore options with a partner who is not invested in the outcome.
I have a wealth of experience working with creative professionals at a high level, including those who have come to depend on alcohol, drugs, or other unhelpful behaviours to help them cope. When you are functioning better as a human being, you’ll function better at work, whatever that work is.
And because I also have training in psychotherapy, when it’s necessary I can help to identify and overcome emotional blocks to you meeting your goals.

Positive Psychology Coaching (Strengths Coaching) is an evidenced-based approach to increasing individual and organisational wellbeing.
Positive Psychology places a focus on how individuals use their strengths and has been shown to improve wellbeing, bolster resilience and capitalise on intrinsic motivation.
Coaching triggers an increase in self-awareness, resulting in better communication skills. Research shows that this has a direct benefit not just to the coachee, but also to those who work alongside them.
In this way coaching can improve relationships between team members, thereby enhancing engagement, performance, and strengthening commitment to the organisation.
